I am curious about unconventional approaches to achieving mobility (eg drones transporting blood in Rwanda), particularly when conventional transport systems are not an option (eg due to road washouts caused by extreme weather). Focus areas for my research include coordination, and interoperability of operations, the development of new partnerships, as well as social, political and legal opportunities and challenges.<\/p>\n<p>In the blogs on this site I explore examples and reflect on reading and writing.
